overture to nuclear war: breaking point of the mankind

the emperor of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has declared war on Ukraine, officialy naming it a "special military operation". and today, on Feb 27, he ordered that nuclear weapons be prepared. where does this leave us? nowhere. this means that the nuclear war will almost undoubtedly begin. the countdown has begun. i, as a solipsist, don't really care, but this is something interesting. this may be the finale that i hoped to see, though starting a war against Ukraine was completely unneccessary. im not really a kind person, but i feel bad for people there.

anyways, this is it. the world doesn't have long to live, i think that much is clear. to be honest this situation reminds me of the visual novel i read about a month ago, titled Ciconia No Naku Koro ni, where the world war broke out all of a sudden. however, it ceased quickly thanks to the natural disaster taking place. i wonder if something like that could save our poor world. anyway... dystopia everywhere. as Russia has turned into a completely totalitarian police state (people are literally being arrested for pacifism. you can't call this war a war unless you wanna get arrested.), NATO tries to prevent Putin's madness from ending the world. however, Russians also suffer from that. they do not want war, but who listens to them except each other? no one. overthrowing the nomenclature doesn't seem possible at all anymore.

i think the only thing that we can do is to accept it and die.

sounds pretty depressing, but it's true. and it somewhat calms me down. i have no regrets left. and suddenly... there's an idea. if we are doomed, why not go do any shit we want? if a certain amount of people as desperate as me unite, they could go and raid some shops, rob some banks, sell some drugs... i'm talking about the power of the real, nurtured despair. despite the idea of revolution being weak, it doesn't seem that impossible anymore, huh? bunch of desperate people, led simply by their wish to live their final days to the fullest... there would be not a single obstacle on their way to their goal. I say that's the solution to the world's crisis. we go mad because we're doomed - and that madness is the key to defeat the doom. i'd suggest to at least try to live our final days to the fullest, because who knows what it might lead to?

as for myself, i plan to abandon studying boring shit and continue the development of my game and get back to writing my book. i guess that's just the only things left for me to do. as the nuclear rocket will come down, i will be freed of all the suffering i've gone through in my life.

the countdown has begun. let us have lots of fun on our neverending way to hell...
